The importance of sleep!

Sleep is one thing that is often take for granted. When I lack sleep, my behavior tends to change. I’m not composed, I revert to old habits especially with eating, and then talking with vivacity.

I generally make more mistakes, and somehow my egoistic faculty comes alive. I don’t like any of these attributes. Our body regenerates properly when sleep is sufficient. I wish we would all sleep enough.

Enough, is different for everyone. However, the fast life of the modern times often takes us away from our cozy bed.

I’ve found by the grace of my Guru, that relaxing and feeling your body can benefit your mind, body, heart and soul. It’s truly the grace of God that we have been created this way, with the choice to rest deeply every night in peace to rejuvenate ourselves.
