Do I need sufficient sleep to be Passionate?

Well, after so badly wanting to be passionate about meditation, lifestyle health/medicine and diet…I realized that I desperately needed to get enough deep sleep. For most of us sleep is a very important to being our very best version everyday…the thing I’m after is passion a strong desire to be the very best I can be but it’s not always easy. I have to strive to learn more and practice more relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. The truth is that life is not easy for most of us, we all have hardships…I know I do…but I feel that these hardships and difficulties can be overcome through the power of faith, action and consistency. I know I’ve often taken time for granted but that was the farthest from my dearest intentions I’ve wanted the opposite to use time well for quite long but it’s easy to get carried away in the distractions, actions and the run of the mill daily activities. There are times when I’ve used my time really well but I haven’t used it well all the time which is the crux of the issue. There are people out there that use their time so well to achieve their goals. I’m determined and hopeful to use my time better and sleep well so that I can be the best I can be. God bless us.
